Heritage has been established over 21 years. With a background in the advertising and design industry, Zoe Joseph set up Heritage Stationery after her first child was born in 1991 when she was unable find anyone to produce a smart bespoke birth announcement card in the UK.
Through her contacts in the print trade, she produced her own hand ribboned cards. The response she received from friends and family encouraged her to start a range of personalised cards sold through the top London maternity units, Queen Charlotte's and The Chelsea and Westminster included.
Realising the demand for the fast turnround for Birth stationery, Zoe purchased her first traditional letterpress and began printing in house, this enabled Heritage to achieve a next day delivery. Heritage has grown over the years to now produce a variety of in -house print processes and still achieve a personal service with unheard of turn around times.
Having produced Birth Announcement Stationery, customers began to return to request further items of bespoke stationery and from there the product range grew, along with the highly reputable name Heritage Personalised Stationery has today. Over 50 per cent of our business is repeat orders and recommendations, we achieve this by offering a truly unique personal service.
