We are a small group of CBT practitioners each practising independently under the clinical supervision of Adam May. All practitioners are appropriately qualified and carry their own professional indemnity insurance. The practice has been based in Llanddaniel since 1991.

We see people with a wide range of psychological problems and issues. In most cases we will be able to give our initial assessment, a rough idea of what treatment we can offer and approximately how long treatment is likely to take at the first session. If we do not think we can help, we will suggest a more appropriate service.

Appointments are generally available within a few days although you may need to wait longer if you wish to see a particular practitioner.

We provide CBT to clients on a self funded basis. We also provide CBT funded through private healthcare providers; personal accident and public liability insurers; and employee assistance programmes, including Medra. The practice receives no public funding and is unable to offer any concessions on fees.
